PHILADELPHIA – February 12, 2012 – Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC is pleased to announce that Robert J. O’Brien and Maria Panichelli have joined the firm as associates in the Construction and Federal Contracting Groups. Both Robert O’Brien and Maria Panichelli will be based in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, O’Brien earned his J.D. from Georgetown University and B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, in Classical Archaeology and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Previously he was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Linda K. M. Ludgate. O’Brien will concentrate his practice on general construction law.
Panichelli is a cum laude graduate from Temple Law School and received her B.A. from Lehigh University in International Relations. She previously was a Litigation Associate with a national full service law firm. Panichelli will focus her practice on all aspects of federal construction law including bid protests, claims, appeals and providing advice on federal procurement issues.
