JACQUELINE J. RYAN is an Associate in the Federal Construction Group and focuses her practice on government contracts and construction litigation. She assists the Firm’s federal construction clients in matters involving contracts, bid protests, claim drafting and litigation in the federal courts.

While at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Jacqueline was a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society, a winner of the Barrister Award and served as an intern in the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office.

Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Jacqueline also served as an intern at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Department of Labor and Employment Relations and for the Honorable Albert J. Snite, Jr., Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program.

Jacqueline has volunteered for the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.
