JAMES P. MCGRAW is an Associate in the Pittsburgh office of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. His practice focuses on construction, labor & employment, and commercial litigation. Jim counsels clients on a variety of construction-related issues with an emphasis on projects involving public entities. He also represents employers in labor and employment disputes.

Jim is an experienced advocate at trial, civil arbitration, and mediation. He has successfully argued cases before both state and federal courts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jim has served as Solicitor or Special Counsel to municipalities, school districts, and public officials. He also serves as a member of the Zoning Hearing Board for the Borough of Franklin Park, Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Jim was the recipient of numerous moot court competition awards. Notably, he and his team won the Buffalo/Niagara National Invitational Moot Court Competition championship, and he later received a Citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a result of his win.
