KATHLEEN M. MORLEY is an Associate in the Construction Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC and concentrates her practice in construction litigation.

Kathleen has experience assisting the Firm's construction industry clients with a broad range of construction-related matters including contract disputes, bid protests, injunctions, mechanics' liens and bond claims. She also assists clients with issues relating to contract enforcement, breach and termination as well as construction delays and design defects.

Kathleen has served as an adjunct professor at Immaculata University, where she taught an undergraduate law course and is a frequent contributor to the Firm's newsletter, Construction in Brief, and construction blog, Construction Law Signal. She is also a mentor in the Firm’s Summer Associate Program.

Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Kathleen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During law school, she was a staff writer of the Villanova Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
