LORI WISNIEWSKI AZZARA is a Partner at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. She practices in the areas of construction and commercial litigation and has experience in contract negotiation, claims for delay and inefficiency, mechanics’ liens, and all types of contractual disputes. Lori counsels clients, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, on a variety of both private and public projects and represents clients in various state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and before state and federal administrative agencies. As a member of the firm's Green Building and Sustainability practice group, she assists and counsels clients in avoiding and resolving issues that commonly arise on green construction projects, including those relating to certification. Lori also assists clients seeking certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise on both the state and federal levels.  

Lori is co-editor of the Firm's construction blog, Construction Law Now, and a frequent contributor to the Firm's newsletter, Construction in Brief.
