Douglas C. Hart

DOUGLAS C. HART is Senior Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Group of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC.  He maintains a general litigation practice, and has successfully defended and prosecuted claims in both state and federal court.  Doug's diverse practice focuses upon commercial litigation as well as various employment and discrimination matters, real estate litigation and health care law.

Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Doug was an Associate in a mid-sized Pittsburgh-based firm.  He is also a Certified Public Accountant and spent several years in the fields of accounting and finance prior to becoming an attorney, working as an auditor for UPMC Health System and as a financial analyst for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
