Professional Staff

Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC employs more than 30 professionals in various departments and offices including, accounting and finance, human resources, technology, administrative assistants, marketing & business development and operations staff.

The Cohen Seglias administrative assistants each provide high-level support to two or more attorneys. The Firm offers its diverse staff a stable, professional and congenial work environment. We take great pride in the tenure of our assistants; several have been with the Firm for more than 10 years.


Cohen Seglias is committed to the use of superior technology firm wide to give lawyers and staff the tools necessary to provide quality service to our clients. Technological advancements are supported by Firm management and carried out by a specialized IT group, which manages the day-to-day operations of the Firm’s IT infrastructure. We are dedicated to hiring the best and brightest IT professionals to support and expand the use of technology across the Firm.

Cohen Seglias’ Marketing Department assists the Firm's practice groups and individual attorneys with client development, business generation initiatives, and competitive intelligence. The Department creates collateral materials, and supports the Firm’s marketing strategy through event planning, public and media relations, communications and social media strategy, branding, and contact database management.

The areas of Facilities, Office Services, Planning and Records Management make up Cohen Seglias’ Operations Department. The Department’s primary goal is to afford the Firm’s attorneys and staff the support tools necessary to serve our clients. Through environmentally friendly business procedures, it handles the reproduction and storage of vital case related records in both paper and electronic formats, as well as many duties most professional copy businesses offer in-house, reducing the overall cost for the client.

The Firm’s Accounting Department is responsible for strategic financial reporting to the Firm’s Executive Director and Board of Directors. In addition the team provides day-to-day accounting functions such as up-to-date billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
