MARIAN A. KORNILOWICZ is the Co-Chair of the Business Practice Group of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. His practice is concentrated in the representation of clients in varied business transactions and real estate matters. Engagements include the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real estate, addressing title issues, preparing condominium documents, and counseling condominium associations. Mr. Kornilowicz has represented financial institutions and businesses in financing matters including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, work outs, and creditor and debtor rights. Representation in corporate matters includes the negotiation and drafting of governance documents, formation of entities, purchase and sale of businesses, and business litigation.

Mr. Kornilowicz has taught Law and Human Rights at Rowan University and lectured paralegals on residential real estate law. He is a member of the Executive Committee and the former Chair of the Board of the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia and a Vice President of the Jagiellonian Law Society, an organization of attorneys and judges of Polish descent. Mr. Kornilowicz has recently been elected to serve on the Board of the Kosciuszko Foundation, a preeminent Polish organization promoting Polish culture and relations with Poland. Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Mr. Kornilowicz was a partner at a boutique firm specializing in the representation of businesses in varied commercial litigation and transactional matters.

Mr. Kornilowicz is listed in Who's Who In America. In addition, Marian has has received an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named Super Lawyer in the field of General Business by Law & Politics for 2005, 2006 and 2007 in Pennsylvania and 2005 in New Jersey.

In 2009, Mr. Kornilowicz  was named as a "Leader in Law" in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
