NELLA M. BLOOM is an associate at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC and is a member of the Creditor's Rights Group. Ms. Bloom has experience in, among other areas, bankruptcy, commercial, landlord-tenant, real estate, administrative, and disadvantaged business entity certification matters. Ms. Bloom represents clients in various state and federal courts. She is a former judicial clerk for Judge Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Commerce Case Management Program.
Ms. Bloom is a member of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and participates in the Commerce Case Management Program Opinion Project.
