WENDY R. BENNETT, AIA, NCARB is an associate in the Construction Group at Cohen Seglias, as well as a registered Pennsylvania architect.  Ms. Bennett represents contractors and subcontractors, design professionals and owners for both private and public projects in litigation, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings.  She focuses her practice on construction litigation and the resolution of construction disputes including claims for unpaid contract balance, delays, mechanics' lien claims and other construction issue.  Ms Bennett also has fifteen years of experience working in the architecture and construction management fields.  Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Ms. Bennett was an Architect and Project Manager for the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia.  While there, she managed a variety of construction projects for the Design and Construction Department including multi-million dollar public works and streetscape improvement projects.  During that time, she also assisted with eminent domain takings and managed a portfolio of properties undergoing redevelopment in Philadelphia.  

Ms. Bennett is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of Architects.
