DEBORAH A. CARROLL is the controller of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Ms. Carroll is responsible for the management and direction of the Firm's accounting team and functions. She has been employed in law firm management for over seven years, prior to which she worked for over 20 years in public accounting.

Ms. Carroll is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the PA Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).  She is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and is the 2010 President of the ALA's Philadelphia Chapter. Since 2005, Ms. Carroll has served as co-chair of the education committee of the ALA, currently in the Finance Section. Ms. Carroll participates with the ALA in the Cradles to Crayons Program. She graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A.
