ELISE M. CARLIN is an associate in the Business Transactions Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Ms. Carlin’s experience includes the preparation of bid protests, construction contract claims, and the prosecution of major cases litigated in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Ms. Carlin serves as associate editor of the firm's blog, Construction Law Signal which provides regular news on construction-related issues throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. She is also a frequent contributor to the firm’s Federal Construction Contracting blog.
Ms. Carlin is involved in the Young Lawyer's Division of both the Philadelphia Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Ms. Carlin is actively involved with two local and regional animal rescue organizations.
