DANIEL E. FIERSTEIN is an associate in the Construction Group of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Mr. Fierstein focuses his practice on construction law. Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Mr. Fierstein was a summer associate at a large law firm in Philadelphia. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Jane Cutler Greenspan. While in law school, Mr. Fierstein authored Kosovo’s Declaration of Independence: an Incident Analysis of Legality, Policy and Future Implications, 26 B.U. Int’l L.J. 417 and participated in the Boston University Asylum & Human Rights Clinic. Mr. Fierstein is a member of the American Bar Association.
