LONNY S. CADES is a partner in the Business Practices Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC.

Mr. Cades' practice focuses in many areas of transactions such as formation, acquisition and sale of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, limited partnerships and sole proprietors. He has represented clients in negotiating franchise agreements and the purchases and sale of franchises.

Mr. Cades is involved in the formation and qualification of disadvantaged business entity certification including Women’s Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned and 8A status.

With regards to real estate, he has represented clients in the purchase, development and sale of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. He has successfully represented clients in obtaining subdivision approvals. Mr. Cades also represents lessors and lessees in negotiating commercial and industrial leases.

His recent engagements include:

• Sale of business in excess of $10 million
• Joint venture projects over $30 million
• Negotiating loan transactions for lines of credit, construction and permanent financing with lenders

He is also well versed in special needs planning and guardianships with families for special needs individuals.
