HERMAN E. (“BUCKY”) CARDONI is senior counsel to the Construction Group of Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC. Within the firm, Mr. Cardoni represents contractors with claims on state and local municipal projects, including, but not limited to, projects put out for bid by the Department of General Services and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He also works with construction companies on private construction projects.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Mr. Cardoni served as general counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of General Services for 25 years. He also served as its acting deputy secretary and acting director of construction. During his tenure with the department, Mr. Cardoni was responsible for addressing and resolving claims brought by those prime contractors that the department retained to perform work.
