Philadelphia-based law firm Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC has appointed Lisa Wampler managing partner of its Pittsburgh office.
Wampler, who specializes in construction litigation, joined the firm in 2003 when it opened its downtown office.
She is the first woman to lead an office for Cohen Seglias, which was founded in 1988 and has nine locations.
Cohen Seglias employs five lawyers in Pittsburgh and 60 firmwide. It entered Pittsburgh to serve clients here and initially staffed the office with three Philadelphia-based lawyers who split their time between the two cities.
Wampler chairs the firm’s women’s initiative and is active in several professional organizations.
