Real Estate

Cohen Seglias has a long history of representing buyers and sellers in all types of real estate matters, from the typical to the sophisticated. In such real estate transactions, we negotiate the agreement of sale, review financing documents, obtain zoning and subdivision approvals, handle title issues and counsel clients on numerous other issues affecting the outcome of a real estate project. We also form condominiums and negotiate leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. As may be required by the transaction, we collaborate with other departments at the Firm, such as Labor & Employment, Construction, Commercial Litigation, Creditors Rights, and Wealth Preservation.
