Lane Kelman and Lori Wisniewski Azzara will be presenting "The Legal Implications of Green Design" to the Allegheny County Bar Association. This presentation will address the unique risks and litigation exposures that arise in the field of green design and construction and provide guidance on strategies to limit these risks. The discussion will focus on the impact that green construction can have on the legal standards and responsibilities of the various industry players, including owners, designers and contractors providing examples of actual claims and litigation that have arisen in the context of LEED / green construction.
