Allie represents the firm’s construction clients in litigation matters such as delay and defect claims, contract and change order disputes, as well as mechanics’ liens and bond claims on both private and public projects. Her experience with both owners and contractors gives Allie the insight and knowledge to obtain the best results for her clients. She also has experience in labor and employment matters, including wage act and benefits claims and employment discrimination cases. Allie advocates for clients in all stages of litigation, whether in private alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration or in state and federal court.
Allie is the associate editor of the firm’s newsletter, Construction in Brief.
During law school, Allie was an editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and interned at the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals. She also competed on several appellate advocacy teams, winning three regional championships and one national championship, including the National Moot Court Competition Championship in New York. As a result of her success in moot court, she was inducted into the National Order of Barristers.
