Catherine has an active internal investigations practice, conducting investigations on behalf of colleges and universities, professionals, and private corporations. She has a background in education law and is a member of the firm’s Title IX Group, conducting investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct, discrimination, and harassment at educational institutions. Catherine is also active in the firm’s Scientific Misconduct Group, representing scientists in research misconduct matters.
She is also an experienced litigator and has secured wins for clients throughout the country in state, federal, and appellate courts, and in arbitration and mediation. She has represented clients across many industries in employment and commercial litigation disputes.
Catherine is fluent in Vietnamese and is a founding member and the Advisory Board Chair of VietLEAD, a grassroots organization cultivating young leaders in the Delaware Valley through creative youth programming. She is Board Member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania (APABA-PA).
As a frequent speaker, Catherine has presented seminars for national organizations and clients of the firm on Title IX and other issues. She is also a regular contributor to the firm’s Internal Investigations blog, A Closer Look: Internal Investigations.
