Emily concentrates her practice in construction litigation in both state and federal courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings. She represents contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and other parties on a variety of construction-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily was a litigator at a boutique litigation firm in Miami where she represented clients in construction-related matters. Most recently, Emily was a litigator with a national insurance defense firm in Philadelphia where she represented large insurance corporations in construction defect matters.
During law school, Emily served as an intern with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, concentrating on employment discrimination matters. She also completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, focusing on federal compliance issues.
