Clients call upon on Jim for a variety of construction-related issues, for projects involving public entities in particular. He also has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and represents employers in labor & employment disputes. Jim is an experienced advocate at trial and has successfully argued cases before both state and federal courts. He also represents clients in civil arbitration and mediation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jim has served as solicitor or special counsel to municipalities, school districts, and public officials. He is also a member of the Zoning Hearing Board for the Borough of Franklin Park, Pennsylvania.
While in law school, Jim was the recipient of numerous moot court competition awards. Notably, he and his team won the Buffalo/Niagara National Invitational Moot Court Competition championship, and he later received a Citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a result of his win.
