With over 40 years of experience serving clients in Delaware, Bob’s practice now focuses on the representation of more than 20 nursing homes in the region in construction, collection and fraudulent transfer claims, and guardianship matters, as well as estate planning and administration. His practice also includes the representation of a major national title insurance company in title remediation claims.
Civil litigation is Bob’s primary emphasis. He is an effective advocate in the courtroom for his clients. Bob is also a certified mediator. He has a broad background in real estate, landlord/tenant, construction, insurance claims, family law, debt collection, foreclosures, and personal injury. Bob has grown a thriving estate planning practice throughout his career.
Bob has authored a hard-bound treatise, published in 2003, entitled Automobile Injury and Insurance Claims: Delaware Law and Practice. The book is widely circulated throughout Delaware and is used by judges, attorneys, and insurance representatives as a reference and learning guide. Bob has just finished a new 2019 Revised Edition of the book, which is a 700-page hard bound treatise. Supplement will continue to be issued annually.
