Thomas represents owners, contractors, design-builders, and subcontractors in all aspects of construction-related litigation. With experience drafting and arguing motions, he moves cases through the New York court system efficiently.
Thomas also represents property owners in the negotiation and drafting of construction license agreements with neighboring property owners and in related litigation under New York State’s Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law.
Before joining Cohen Seglias, Thomas was an associate at Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP, where his practice was focused in construction labor law litigation and professional liability litigation. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review.
