In this course, attendees learned how to assist clients with government terminations. This program explained the key differences between terminations for convenience (T4Cs) and terminations for default (T4Ds), and how to assist your clients if terminations arise.
This course also covered how to submit T4C proposals, and how to challenge or convert wrongful T4D decisions against your clients. Finally, the program covered contractor past performance evaluations and the process for challenging a negative review.
