From the moment a government agent makes contact, a search warrant is served, or a grand jury subpoena or administrative subpoena arrives, our Group is ready to respond. We advise businesses and individuals on the best way to respond to allegations of wrongdoing, including fraud, bid-rigging, False Claims Act and whistleblower violations, public corruption, conflicts of interest, failure to comply with reporting requirements and smuggling.
