The panel will discuss the evolution of a complex, partially-delegated design on a fast track project, the Owner’s mismanagement of the A/E, the CM’s ineffective handling of project communications/logistics, the fabricator/erector’s reaction, how compliance with the AISC Code of Standard Practice could have prevented the litigation; and the relevance of the CoSP in evaluating the performance of all parties.
