Whether you are a contractor clearing a site for a new project, digging to install pipe & sewer lines, dredging in a body of water, directional drilling, paving a road, etc. – many contractors of all disciplines are susceptible to various unforeseen conditions. These unwelcome circumstances can turn a construction contract upside down very quickly and most severely. South Jersey Construction Financial Management Association conducted their seminar on how to protect contractors heading into a construction project, identify issues in a timely manner, and how to handle these challenges as they arise in the normal course of business.
The panel included:
- Jonathan Cass: Partner, Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC
- John Oberer: Associate Principal, GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
- Jeffrey Migliaccio, P.E.: Project Manager, JPC Group, Inc.
