Brian M. Jeffers

Brian focuses his practice on construction law and litigation, assisting stakeholders at every level in the construction industry. He actively works with construction industry clients on a broad range of matters including contract claims, mechanics’ liens and bond claims, bid protests, injunctions, delay and inefficiency claims, contract review and negotiation, and risk management. Having litigated cases from inception through verdict, Brian takes a pragmatic approach in understanding his client’s business interest and works to develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes. He work with clients to resolve disputes in ways that work best for them and their businesses, whether it is through mediation, arbitration or litigation.

In addition to his construction law practice, Brian also represents equipment finance companies, playing an integral role in advising clients on the legal aspects of equipment secured leases and loans. His practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of equipment finance contracts. In addition, Brian counsels industry stakeholders on portfolio sales and purchases.
