Cohen Seglias maintains an of counsel relationship with downtown Manhattan-based firm Georgoulis PLLC, founded by Chris Georgoulis. Chris has more than 40 years of experience handling complex construction cases and litigating affirmative construction claims involving delay analysis, acceleration analysis, and compensation for extra work claims on public and private construction projects. He has represented clients on bridge, heavy civil, public housing, school and large construction projects for entities including the New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Transit Authority, New York City School Construction Authority, New York City Housing Authority, New York City Department of Design and Construction, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, United States Department of Labor, New York State Department of Labor and the United States General Services Administration, among other agencies.
Mansfield Bronstein & Stone, LLC (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Opening an office in Florida was a natural transition of our firm’s experience in construction law and is further strengthened by our of counsel relationship with Fort Lauderdale-based attorneys Gary Mansfield, Ronnie Bronstein and David Stone, all members of Mansfield Bronstein & Stone, LLC
Previously, Cohen Seglias and Mansfield, Bronstein & Stone worked together on a number of other matters, including lawsuits filed in the wake of the Surfside collapse pursuing the rights of the condominium owners as well as construction lien claims for payments owed to contractor clients.
