Christopher Carusone, Cohen Seglias’ Pittsburgh office managing partner, spoke to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette about the firm’s new lease on the 19th floor in the 26-story office building at the former Civic Arena site. In the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette article, Chris emphasizes our commitment to Pittsburgh’s redevelopment and the firm’s long-standing relationships in the region’s key industries, stating, “We value the many longstanding relationships our firm has with regional businesses.” Chris Buccini of the Buccini Pollin Group highlighted the synergy between Cohen Seglias and the FNB Financial Center, emphasizing the law firm’s pivotal role in the project. This move signifies both the growth of Cohen Seglias and the continued transformation of Pittsburgh’s Lower Hill District.
The Pittsburgh Penguins have made another big move — this time to help fill the FNB Financial Center.
Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman, a law firm now located Downtown, has signed a lease to take about 7,200 square feet on the 19th floor in the 26-story office building under construction at the former Civic Arena site.
It plans to move into the building from 525 William Penn Place on Oct. 1.
The law firm becomes the third tenant in the skyscraper, which is being developed by the Buccini Pollin Group in conjunction with the Penguins.
