Patrick R. Fitzgerald

Patrick focuses his practice on construction litigation, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on a wide variety of construction projects.

Patrick routinely handles matters involving contract breach and termination, payment bond claims, delay and acceleration claims, differing site conditions claims, mechanic’s lien claims, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Patrick worked for one of the largest construction firms in the eastern United States.
