Washington Business Journal Recognizes Cohen Seglias as a 2025 Best Places to Work
We are proud to announce that our Washington, DC office has once again been recognized on the Washington Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work list—our second time earning this distinction following our debut in 2022.
From a survey of hundreds of Greater Washington area companies, the publication’s “Best Places to Work” honors the top 100 (in four groups based on the size of the local office). These firms scored the highest in a Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. Results are based entirely on employee feedback and reflect strong performance in leadership, culture, benefits and other key metrics.
This recognition is especially meaningful to us because it reflects the experience of our team. With over 92% of our DC employees ranking as “highly engaged,” the results highlight a workplace where people feel supported, included, and proud of the work they do. We’re grateful to our team for shaping that environment every day—and to DC managing partner Paul Thaler for his leadership in fostering a culture where people and relationships come first.
“This recognition is really about our people,” said Paul. “We’ve always emphasized a family feel in the office—whether that’s gathering around a conference table or at our annual picnic with spouses and kids. I’m grateful every day to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working—and spending time—together.”
As one team member shared in the anonymous survey, “The office prides itself on collaboration and camaraderie, as well as making sure everyone feels included and important… Leadership goes the extra mile to make everyone feel like they have a voice at the table on decisions that will most impact them.”
We look forward to celebrating this accomplishment at the Washington Business Journal’s Best Places to Work event on May 15.
