Joshua D. Bonn Recognized on Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100 List
Cohen Seglias is pleased to share that Joshua Bonn, a partner in the firm’s Harrisburg office, has been named to Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Power 100 list. This annual list recognizes individuals who shape the central Pennsylvania community and influence the quality of life in the region across sectors including law, business, finance, government, health care, and nonprofits.
A civil litigator, Josh represents railroads, media companies, municipalities, and businesses throughout Pennsylvania. He is among the Commonwealth’s most experienced transparency attorneys, frequently litigating public records cases under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, including several before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
In its profile on Josh, Central Penn Business Journal highlighted the successful integration of a six-attorney Harrisburg firm into Cohen Seglias as his most significant achievement of 2024. Josh noted that “Cohen Seglias’ network of attorneys, technology resources, and administrative support allows me to offer superior client services.”
The piece also underscored Josh’s recent transparency litigation, including a settlement against a local school district for allegedly changing its face-covering policy outside of a public meeting. “Restoring my client’s voice, whose child was affected, was fulfilling,” he said.
