Benjamin C. Dunlap, Jr. Recognized on Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Power List for Law
Cohen Seglias is pleased to share that Benjamin Dunlap, a partner in the firm’s Harrisburg office, has been recognized on Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Power List for Law. This special list highlights legal professionals who help shape their communities and strengthen the legal foundations on which society depends.
Ben has nearly three decades of experience advising businesses and railroads on regulatory, property, corporate, and employment matters. Before joining Cohen Seglias in 2024, he served as a partner at Nauman Smith for more than 25 years, counseling clients through complex transactions and disputes.
In his Power List profile, CPBJ highlighted Ben’s focus on resolving client challenges, whether advising a company through leadership transitions, enforcing business deals, or supporting the creation of a new rail-trail in Allegheny County. “That satisfaction is what keeps me practicing law,” he said.
Ben also pointed to a growing trend of increased regulatory oversight, requiring careful navigation of both business needs and public interest considerations.
