Aurora is a commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes. She prioritizes proactive communication with clients and engages in creative problem-solving to minimize risk to her clients and to resolve disputes amicably via settlement. Where settlement is not a viable option, she aggressively advocates for clients at trial and ensures that they remain updated and informed throughout the litigation process.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Aurora worked as an insurance defense attorney for several years, where she assisted employers and insurance carriers in navigating complex workers’ compensation matters, insurance coverage disputes, and medical fee review disputes. Aurora uses her knowledge of insurance defense litigation to represent corporate clients in both civil and federal courts.
In addition to her litigation experience, Aurora’s clients benefit from her extensive legal writing and research skills. Aurora was proud to serve as the Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review and as an extern for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
