Cohen Seglias Re-Commits to the ABA Well-Being Pledge
Cohen Seglias has reaffirmed its commitment to attorney and staff well-being by re-committing to the ABA Well-Being Pledge, an initiative led by the American Bar Association to improve the mental health and substance-use landscape across the legal profession.
The ABA Well-Being Pledge calls on legal employers to recognize the significant challenges facing lawyers, judges and legal professionals and to take meaningful steps to support healthier, more sustainable work environments. Through the Pledge, participating organizations commit to prioritizing a seven-point framework focused on reducing stigma, increasing awareness, improving accessibility and fostering a culture that supports well-being at every level of the profession.
As a Pledge signatory, Cohen Seglias annually reflects on actions taken to advance these objectives and recommits to continued progress. Participation in the campaign is a visible demonstration of the firm’s ongoing focus on supporting the well-being of its attorneys and professional staff and contributing to broader efforts within the legal community to address mental health challenges.
The ABA Well-Being Pledge also provides signatories with access to shared resources, collaborative forums and educational programming designed to help legal employers develop thoughtful, practical well-being initiatives. By re-committing to the Pledge, Cohen Seglias joins legal organizations nationwide working to strengthen the profession by supporting the people who serve it.
