Philadelphia Business Journal Recognizes Cohen Seglias as a 2026 Best Place to Work
We are proud to announce that our Philadelphia office has been named to the 2026 Philadelphia Business Journal Best Places to Work finalists list. We are one of 20 mid-sized companies named as finalists.
This program measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Places to Work in Philadelphia foster a workplace where employees willingly go above and beyond in their work, advocate for the organization and intend to stay into the future.
From a survey of hundreds of Greater Philadelphia area companies, the publication’s “Best Places to Work” honors the top 80 companies as finalists (in four groups based on the size of the local office). These firms scored the highest in a Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. Results are based entirely on employee feedback and reflect strong performance in leadership, culture, benefits and other key metrics.
