Andrew S. Diaz

Andrew concentrates his practice on construction litigation and represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and design professionals in construction defect, mechanics’ lien and contract disputes. He also counsels clients on property matters, including leases and commercial contracts.

Andrew handles matters at every stage, from early case assessment and motion practice through mediation and arbitration. He has resolved many disputes through negotiated settlements that give clients practical, cost-effective results.

Before joining Cohen Seglias, Andrew was a construction litigation associate at a Fort Lauderdale firm, where he handled construction contract disputes, lien foreclosures, cash-bonded lien claims, construction defect cases, payment disputes, and bankruptcy recoveries.
