Brooke J. Weese

Brooke focuses her practice on Business Transactions and Real Estate matters representing buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers and other parties in their respective commercial real estate and corporate transactions.

Brooke has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in negotiating and drafting commercial, office, warehouse, retail and restaurant leases across the country. Her previous experience also includes representing national banks and other institutional lenders in a wide variety of real estate transactions.  These include syndicated and bilateral financing in connection with acquisitions, construction, and term loans and other types of corporate and real estate-based transactions. Brooke has a vast background in drafting and reviewing loan documents, leases, due diligence and other related supplemental documentation. Additionally, she was in-house counsel for a regional real estate development, management and construction company where she gained significant experience in real estate development (including the preparation of grant applications and managing project compliance), construction, leasing and management of industrial, commercial and retail projects and properties.
