Carl represents large corporations, closely-held businesses, and individuals in lawsuits before state and federal courts and arbitration tribunals. He focuses his practice on the litigation of disputes between business partners or among business co-owners over the management and finances of their companies. Carl’s broad litigation experience also includes residential and commercial property disputes, breach of contract actions, government investigations, and other complex commercial litigation matters. This experience has brought him before the courts on a variety of landlord-tenant conflicts, such as ejectment actions and lawsuits related to breaches of lease agreements.
Carl has been a volunteer attorney at the Face to Face legal clinic since he was first licensed to practice and during law school, he served the organization as a law clerk.
While in law school, Carl worked for a private equity firm that acquired and operated companies in the specialty chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Before entering law school, he worked as a systems and logistics analyst for a large national defense contractor.
