Overview
Clifford focuses his practice on construction litigation, representing contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, owners, and other parties on a wide variety of construction projects.
While in law school, Clifford worked as a judicial intern to the Hon. Robert B. Kugler in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and to the Hon. Cheryl Ann Krause in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also served as the Lead Research Editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and was the co-captain of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Honor Society.
