Cody M. Wolpert

Cody counsels owners, general contractors, subcontractors and other construction parties throughout the course of a project, and guides them through the resolution process when disputes arise. She conducts legal research, drafts motions and pleadings, and helps prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and trials.

While in law school, Cody was the research editor and staff editor for the Temple Law Review, earning the J. Howard Reber Memorial Award and Editor of the Year Award for her outstanding editing. She served as the federal judicial clerkship honors intern for the Hon. Cynthia M. Rufe of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael A. Shipp of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
