Francis D. Nardo

Frankie focuses his practice on commercial and construction litigation, representing businesses, contractors and owners in a wide range of disputes throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

Frankie represents companies in complex contract disputes, including claims involving breach of contract, payment disputes and business torts. He also regularly handles debt collection matters on behalf of institutional clients, including healthcare providers, guiding cases from pre-suit strategy through judgment enforcement.

In his construction practice, Frankie represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in disputes arising out of both public and private projects. His experience includes prosecuting and defending claims involving nonpayment, defective work, delay damages and contract interpretation. He is familiar with the statutory and procedural frameworks governing construction disputes in Delaware, including payment bond claims and related remedies.

Frankie also has experience in high-stakes litigation, including representing corporate clients in asbestos defense matters. In that role, he assists in managing large-scale dockets, developing case strategy and preparing matters for trial.

His practice spans all phases of litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation. Frankie appears regularly before Delaware state courts and is experienced in navigating the procedural nuances unique to those forums.
