Jeff represents a diverse group of corporations, energy companies, general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers and design professionals in construction law, related litigation, and corporate matters. He has an extensive litigation background in both state and federal courts, including the United States Bankruptcy Court. Jeff handles all facets of complex litigation, including claim preparation, preparing and responding to discovery, expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. He has significant experience handling settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations for a wide array of clients. He also routinely advises corporate clients on various legal and business matters, as well as regulatory and enforcement issues
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Jeff spent nearly four years at an Am Law 200 law firm where he represented major corporations, energy companies, limited liability companies, government entities, and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial, corporate, and employment-related disputes.
While in law school, Jeff served as an intern for the Superior Court of New Jersey and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in the Department of Law’s Government and Healthcare Fraud Unit.
