Jeff represents a diverse group of general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and design professionals in construction law and related litigation. He has an extensive litigation background in both state and federal court, including the United States Bankruptcy Court. Jeff handles all facets of complex litigation, including claim preparation, preparing and responding to discovery, expert discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Jeff also has significant experience handling settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations for a wide array of clients.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Jeff spent nearly four years at an Am Law 200 law firm where he gained considerable experience handling a broad range of commercial and employment-related disputes, representing major corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, government entities, and financial institutions.
While in law school, Jeff served as an intern for the Superior Court of New Jersey and the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in the Department of Law’s Government and Healthcare Fraud Unit.
