Jen represents clients in construction litigation, arbitration and mediation, on both public and private projects in primarily New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also specializes in the unique issues that arise in green and sustainable projects, representing design professionals, owners, developers, solar providers, and contractors. Jen is active in various green building organizations where she regularly presents seminars.
Jen is a co-editor-in-chief of the firm’s newsletter, Construction in Brief. She is conversationally fluent in French.
Before joining the firm, Jen was with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Division of Law in the Transportation, Construction and Condemnation Section. In this role, she reviewed bids for Department of Transportation construction projects, participated in bid protests, drafted appellate briefs and reviewed contracts. She also litigated delay and design defect claims involving the Department of Transportation and the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction.
Jen previously clerked for The Honorable Edwin H. Stern, P.J.A.D. in the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey.
