Lane has an active and diverse construction litigation practice, representing developers, general contractors and trades in complex construction matters throughout the United States and internationally. He has extensive experience with both private and public projects. His work ranges from contract negotiations to claim prevention and management, construction defects, and suspension and debarment proceedings.
As Chair of the firm’s Green Building Group, Lane takes pride in representing numerous clientele at the forefront of sustainable building. He counsels owners, developers, solar providers, and contractors on a wide range of issues that arise throughout a sustainable project’s lifetime.
Lane speaks regularly throughout the country on topics such as sustainable building, claims, and risk management. He is also active within the firm as the Hiring Partner and leads the Summer Associate Program.
