Lonny represents the firm’s clients in a variety of transactions such as formation, acquisition, and sale of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, limited partnerships, and sole proprietors. Clients rely on him for the negotiation of franchise agreements and the purchases and sale of franchises.
Lonny is involved in the formation and qualification of disadvantaged business entity certification including Women’s Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned and 8a status.
In his real estate practice, Lonny represents clients in the purchase, development, and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential real estate. He has successfully represented clients in obtaining subdivision approvals. He also represents lessors and lessees in negotiating commercial and industrial leases.
Lonny is also well versed in special needs planning and guardianships with families for special needs individuals.
