Overview
Madelaine focuses her practice on construction matters. She represents owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and design professionals on both private and public construction projects throughout the country.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, Madelaine represented corporate entities from pre-litigation through appeal for matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
