Paul J. Rufo

Paul represents clients in a wide variety of cases dealing with nearly all aspects of family law. He assists clients on matters such as custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, college contribution, removal/relocation, grandparents’ rights, and emancipation. Paul understands that these matters are highly personalized and handles them with care, taking into account the emotional burden his clients carry.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part in Essex County. He performed extensive research and drafted opinions on various areas of family law, including but not limited to matrimonial, child custody, non-dissolution and domestic violence matters.
